Traditional stone house with heated pool. Dating back to 1930, built with traditional Aegina stone. In 1975, the second floor was added. The building includes 3 apartments with one bedroom and one with 2 bedrooms. Total 250 sq m.
You can rent the ground floor, an apartment on the first floor or even the entire first floor or the entire house. Thus, we serve your every need whether it is a couple or a family, with a maximum of 16 people.
All apartments offer free Wi-Ffi, flat screen TV with COSMOTE TV streaming and parking.

Based in Aegina, we undertake transfers (urgent or scheduled) up to 9 people, one-day excursions up to 9 people and multi-day (2+) up to 4 people, all year round.

This pool is for exclusive use by Solmar Private Pool & Jacuzzi which also has a sauna, hammam and outdoor shower with hot water.
The sauna requires 30-60 minutes of preparation. Please inform us about the correct preparation. There is a charge, call us to inquire. This sauna is for the exclusive use of Solmar Private pool & Jacuzzi which also has a swimming pool with hydromassage, a hammam, and an outdoor shower with hot water.
400 square meters where you will find the large swimming pool, dining room for 12 people, living room for 20+ people, bbq, sun loungers, outdoor shower with hot water, shared wc. Ideal space for groups but also for relaxation from morning until late at night.
In the garden you will find 14 pistachio trees, among the first in Aegina. Also, the large 70-year-old pine tree that provides shade and coolness in a 50m2 yard with a marble table and bbq.
